Dear Folk Club friends,
In May, the Folk Club will meet again on its usual date, the first Friday of the month, which falls on the 1st of May. (This is a mere secular public holiday, so there are no religious grounds for postponement! )
As it is taking place on the first of May, anybody with a hobby horse (or two) at home is heartily invited to bring their hobby horses along on Friday, for a bit of a trot at the folk club, if not a gallop!)

Once again, you can look forward to our featured artists from Italy: the duo Serena Finatti and Andrea Varnier, who have performed here twice before and thoroughly enchanted the audience. We’ve actually ‘borrowed’ the theme of the evening from Serena’s blog post from 2016: ‘Momenti veramente magici – truly magical moments’. That’s how Serena described her impressions of her first performance at the Folk Club back then.
As always, the programme will be rounded off by local artists. Come along and be surprised – and enjoy the evening!

The hall opens at 17:00 hrs., offering the chance to enjoy a leisurely meal and a drink before the concert. Those who arrive early can also secure a seat in the front row.

Liebe Folk-Club-Freunde,
im Mai trifft sich der Folk Club wieder zum regulären Termin am ersten Freitag, der auf den 1. Mai fällt.
Auch diesmal dürft Ihr Euch wieder auf Featured Artists aus Italien freuen: Das Duo Serena Finatti und Andrea Varnier, die schon zwei Mal hier aufgetreten sind und das Publikum verzaubert haben. Das Thema des Abends haben wir von Serenas Blog-Eintrag aus dem Jahr 2016 „geklaut“: „Momenti veramente magici – wahrhaft magische Momente“.
