Ein guter Tag für die Straßenmusik in Bonn!

Update zum Bürgerantrag zur 
Abschaffung der Spielerlaubnis 
für Straßenmusikanten in Bonn
und der damit 
verbundenen Gebühr in 
Höhe von 25 Euro.

Am 29. August hat Daniel Bongart im Bürgerausschuss der Stadt Bonn
vorgesprochen.

 Es ging um meinen Bürgerantrag zur Abschaffung der 
Spielerlaubnis für Straßenmusikanten und der damit verbundenen 
Gebühr in Höhe von 25 Euro. 

Es war ein großer Erfolg für die Kultur.

Der Antrag wurde sehr ernstgenommen und nach einer regen Diskussion
hat der Bürgerausschuss beschlossen, dass die Stadtverwaltung Bonn,
gemeinsam mit uns Musikern sowie den Gewerbetreibenden, eine neue
Regelung für die Straßenmusik in Bonn ausarbeiten soll.
Das Ziel ist eine Regelung, die alle Interessen gleichermaßen
berücksichtigen wird.

Dabei werden wir uns dafür einsetzen, dass anstatt der bisherigen
Einzelgenehmigung  mit einer Gebühr, eine Allgemeinverfügung
ohne Gebühr erlassen wird.

A good day for street music in the city of Bonn!

Update on the citizen application for
the abolition of the necessity of a license to play
for street musicians in Bonn and with the fee
associated in performing amounting to € 25 Euros.

On August 29th 2018, Daniel Bongart petitioned the 
Citizens Committee of the City of Bonn and in his speech pleaded 
for the application to be upheld and the associated individual fee 
of €25 to also be abolished.

 It was a great success on behalf of culture.

The application request was taken very seriously in the 
Citizen’ Committee and afterwards, a lively discussion ensued.
The Citizens' Committee has decided that the City Council of 
Bonn, together with us musicians, as well as the city tradespeople, 
should all work together to draw up a new regulation for street 
music in Bonn.The aim is to develop a new scheme which takes 
into account the interests of all interested parties and treats them 
all fairly and equally.

In doing so, we will work to ensure that, instead of the current 
system of issuing individual two day permits with a € 25 fee, a 
general ruling for street music is issued, waiving the current charge.
