Liebe Folk-Club-Freunde,
am kommenden Freitag, den 03. Februar 2023 bekommt der Folk Club Besuch von einem „featured Artist“:
Der Liedermacher http://www.david-luebke.de/ David Lübke aus Hannover singt zu Gitarre und fünfsaitigem Banjo selbst komponierte Lieder über das Leben, die Liebe, unsere Träume, unsere Visionen, unsere Freiheit und Unabhängigkeit. Er macht beim Folk Club Station auf seiner „Von der Liebe-Tour“ durch Deutschland.
Wer sich von ihm schon vor dem Folk Club inspirieren lassen möchte, der kann ihn bereits am Donnerstag, den 02. Februar im Lokal Kater 26, Römerstraße 26, 53111 Bonn sehen und hören.
Wie immer wird der Abend, der unter dem Thema „Freundschaft“ steht, abgerundet durch Auftritte lokaler Künstler.
Es wird mit Sicherheit wieder ein vielseitiger, unterhaltsamer und kurzweiliger Abend werden. Lasst euch wie immer überraschen.

Covid 19: Es gibt keine Restriktionen, aber es ist natürlich jedem anheimgestellt, eine Maske zu tragen. Wir werden den gesamten Abend über für reichlich Lüftung im Saal sorgen. Warme Kleidung kann daher nicht schaden.

14. April 2023 Ja, das Datum ist kein Fehler, denn am 07. April ist Karfreitag. Daher müssen wir ausnahmsweise auf den zweiten Freitag des Monats umziehen.
Thema des Abends: „Löwenzahn“, auf Englisch „Dandelions“, eine Verballhornung des französischen Begriffs „Dents de Lion“.

Dear Folk Club friends,
next Friday, 03 February 2023, the Folk Club will be visited by a "featured artist":The singer-songwriter David Lübke http://www.david-luebke.de/ from Hanover sings self-composed songs about life, love, our dreams, our visions, our freedom and independence to guitar and five-string banjo. He will be making a stop at the Folk Club on his "Von der Liebe Tour" through Germany.
If you want to be inspired by him before the Folk Club, you can already see and hear him on Thursday, 02 February at Lokal Kater 26, Römerstraße 26, 53111 Bonn.
As always, the evening, which has the theme "Friendship", will be rounded off by performances by local artists.

Covid 19: There are no restrictions, but it is of course up to everyone to wear a mask. We will provide plenty of ventilation in the hall throughout the evening. Warm clothing will therefore do no harm.

14 April 2023 Yes, the date is not a mistake, because on 07 April is Good Friday, and thus devoid of music. Therefore, as an exception, we have to move to the second Friday of the month.
Topic of the evening: "Dandelions", a corruption of the French term "Dents de Lion". Nowadays in Portuguese it is "dente de leão" , but curiously in French the term is now "pissenlit" (because that is what it makes you do as dandelions are a diuretic. In Dutch they are called "paardebloem" because horses are fond of eating the yellow flowers.
