Dear Folk Club friends,
with the Folk Club this next Friday, May 05, 2023, we are re-entering the normal rhythm of "first Friday of the month". The theme of the evening is "Blossoms and Blue Skies", and we hope that St.Peter will also give us nice weather that evening. Franco is one of the foremost instrumental guitarists in Europe and we are most proud that he will be gracing us with his presence, so the weather outside will not really bother us much.
Featured artists are Franco Morone (guitar) and Raffaella Luna (vocals) from Italy. Franco is a renowned instrumental guitarist and will present virtuoso instrumental pieces. In a second set, Raffaella accompanied by Franco will also sing songs in Italian, French and English.

- Guitar workshop with Franco Morone
Franco is offering a workshop for guitarists in the afternoon before his performance at Dotty's at 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Those of you musicians who would like to participate, please send a separate email to FolkClubBonn AT gmail dot com (of course correctly with @ and .) with the subject Guitar Workshop. Participation in the guitar workshop costs 35-40 € per participant (depends on the number of participants). All proceeds will go to Franco. The following Folk Club evening is of course free of charge, as always.
Also next Friday the evening will be rounded off by performances of local artists.
It is sure to be another diverse, entertaining and entertaining evening. Let us surprise you as always.

Start: 19.00 clock until probably 22.00 clock. The hall is open from 17.30 and offers the possibility to dine and drink comfortably before the concert. Those who come early can also sit in the front row.
Location: Dotty's Sports Bar and Restaurant (Public clubhouse of the Bonn Tennis and Hockey Association - BTHV), Christian-Miesen-Straße, 53129 Bonn (Dottendorf)
Covid 19: There are still no restrictions, but it is of course up to everyone to wear a mask. We will provide plenty of ventilation in the hall throughout the evening.
