After an over-relaxing day celebrating German unity, as Willy Brandt famously said, “What belongs together is growing together, " what better way to blow away the cobwebs of an evening than with some live music?
Furthermore, there is a wonderful tavern, Kater 26, on the Römerstrasse 26, in Bonn which not only has Pilsner Urquell (the original brewed in the Bohemian city of Pilsen, Plzeň in Czech) on draught and a fine selection of Czech wines, and also the Yorkshire folk singer, Johnny Campbell as a guest.
