Dear Folk Club friends,

the situation on the Corona front cannot yet be considered relaxed. However, the indications of the experts suggest that an outdoor contagion is extremely unlikely. The weathermen of the Bonn-based service Wetteronline and indeed the BBC are forecasting sunny weather and a gentle breeze and dry with a high probability of maximum temperatures around 11 °C for the coming Friday.

We are therefore venturing to put on an outdoor event this time on the covered balcony at the back of the restaurant, protected by glass walls with open ends.

Below you will find the most important information:

Date: 04 March 2022

Start: 19.00 hrs (Doors open from 18:00 hrs) ; end approx. 21.00 hrs. 

There will be no break.

Place: as always:  in Dotty's Sports Bar and Restaurant (formerly Sträters Sports Bar) (Public club house of the Bonn Tennis and Hockey Association - BTHV), Christian-Miesen-Straße, 53129 Bonn (Dottendorf)

Important info: 

-- Anyone wishing to listen and have access to the event area must provide name(s), address(es) and telephone number(s). For practical reasons, we ask for prior registration by email (see below for address; data will be deleted four weeks after the event).

- The following applies to all participants (including musicians): Only persons who present proof that they are fully vaccinated or have recovered and have been tested (proof not older than 24 hours) will be admitted (there is a testing station directly at the venue that is open until 7.00 pm). There is no obligation to wear a mask, but a mask should be put on when leaving your seat.Those eho feel safer wearing a mask can of course do so even when seated, if they so wish.

- Make sure you have warm clothes, the Folk Club team will provide good entertainment.

- Our landlord plans to offer mulled wine and warm soup.

Who will be performing: Given the circumstances, once again no "stars" will be coming from afar. However, we do have commitments from popular and professional musicians from our area who are now veritable "folk club stars". So let us surprise you.

And the most important thing: as always, admission is free.

Liebe Folk-Club-Freunde,

die Lage an der Corona-Front kann noch nicht als entspannt angesehen werden. Die Hinweise der Fachleute deuten aber darauf hin, dass eine Ansteckung im Freien eher unwahrscheinlich ist. Die Wetterfrösche des Bonner Dienstes Wetteronline prognostizieren für den kommenden Freitag mit einem hohen Wahrscheinlichkeitsniveau sonniges Wetter mit Höchsttemperaturen um die 11 °C.

Wir wagen daher eine Veranstaltung im Freien diesmal auf dem überdachten und durch Glaswände geschützten Balkon auf der Rückseite der Gaststätte.

Nachfolgend erhaltet Ihr die wichtigsten Informationen:

Wichtige Infos:

-   Wer zuhören und Zutritt zum Veranstaltungsbereich haben möchte, muss Name(n), Anschrift(en) und Telefonnummer(n) angeben. Aus praktischen Gründen bitten wir um vorherige Anmeldung per Mail (Adresse siehe unten; Daten werden vier Wochen nach der Veranstaltung gelöscht).

-   Für alle Teilnehmer (auch Musiker) gilt: Es erhalten nur Personen Zutritt, die einen Nachweis vorlegen, dass sie vollständig geimpft oder genesen und getestet (Nachweis nicht älter als 24 Stunden) sind (Es gibt eine Teststation direkt am Lokal, die bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet ist). Es gibt keine Pflicht zum Tragen einer Maske, aber beim Verlassen des Sitzplatzes sollte eine Maske angelegt werden.

-   Sorgt Ihr für warme Kleidung, für gute Unterhaltung sorgt das Folk-Club-Team.

-   Unser Wirt plant, Glühwein und warme Suppe anzubieten.
